oh yeah!!! its really easy (which is why i do it too much heh)

in photoshop, make sure to have your finished image flattened and duplicate that single layer, so you now have two.
with the top layer active, go to Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer

there, set the Output Channel (its one of the drop down menus) to ‘green’ and move the respective slider to 0. do the same for the ‘blue’ channel, and make that slider 0 too.
repeat this for your bottom layer, except set the channel to ‘red’ and, again, the red slider to 0!

your layers should be fully colored red and cyan. now change the top red layer’s blending mode to Screen and your image should look normal again! however once you hit V and use the move tool to inch it around and make them uneven, you’ll see the 3d-looking colors show up
